Wasn't exactly a fuckup, but I latejoined as roboticist one round and went to the chemist to ask for sulphuric acid and just as I got his attention, someone saniced in out of nowhere, stunned me, dragged me away and converted me to the cult, and then DRAGGED ME RIGHT BACK WHERE I WAS and woke me up, and I couldn't say anything about what just happened. The chemist was just like, "WTF?" and I couldn't even acknowledge it or else I'd be breaking the rules.

Someone mentioned at round end that everyone was ignoring the deathgasping people at escape and I just wanted to give some insight and perspective as to why. The artifact was creating so much NO2 at escape that it was overpressurizing to the point where anyone not in a hardsuit had gaping wounds on their head and groin. The windows broken open to space and vents were set on emergency, though I think someone kept unsetting the vents because they thought that was what was causing the atmo problem, but it still wasn't enough to release all the pressure from the artifact. The scientist was arrested and the artifact spaced. But the clown thought it would be funny to bring it back into the room. Now everyone was dying and gasping at escape not because of a lack of oxygen but because the open wounds from overpressurization were draining all their blood which causes oxygen loss. No one had bandages and medbay was eaten by the singularity so all anyone could do was watch everyone without a hardsuit die.

You can. The amount of light should be obvious.
The pressure, that's trickier: you can connect the tray to an atmos system, like you would a canister, and the plant will take the environment from there. You've got to understand that our current flawed botany system was ported from Bay, where they have a "Research Botanist" scientist title an AN ACTUAL RESEARCH BOTANIST OFFICE that has atmos connectors and access to an incinerator and whatnot.
Or, alternatively, you could just learn xenobotany and never have to deal with that problem again.

It didn't get that bad. I mean mostly because I had real shit to do. I would have played along and been the foil to your righteousness but there were traitors eswording each other and blowing up the station. Shit had to get done.

I checked the logs after a conversation and Al Liam was the one who grabbed dat esword and got everyone busted in the first place. If he had just put it in his bag quietly then who knows, none of it would have happened. But I had to hear it, and he wouldn't speak up and say he had it.

So there was a chase, a search (which revealed tons of traitor gear and guns), and later a revenge kidnapping when I left to capture the doctor who had just murdered the Warden..

The worst part of all that was Yahir getting dragged into it because of the company he kept . I told others to give him a free pass earlier in the shift because of how much he helped us stabilize the fucked station.

It was that more than anything else that kept any of the gaygraygang from being brigged at any point for their repeated weapon charges, kidnappings, etc. Little bit of goodwill goes a long way.

I still took the guns off the streets whenever I saw them but that's just what I gotta do unless things are fucked up.

After a mutagen harm-syringe, I'd recommend water/potass cleaning his system and having lots of anti-tox nearby because you're gonna need to get both toxins down and liver damage down. That was an intense fuck fight. That was the second intense fight of the night. It all came down to killing the hivelord, then being surprised by the miner who was dressed as an engineer.

He completely caught me off guard and got me good. If he had just cuffed me or killed me outright he would have had it and hijacked the shuttle. But I got up. And I stood directly next to the goliath, alt clicked past its fat ass and ate the hivelord remains it stood on. I walked onto that shuttle with a broken leg, bleeding to death, and brigged him before bleeding to crit.

Then in my most tactful moment, I waited for someone to try and heal me and deathgasped to take my ID and make sure he didn't escape.

That's tied up with the intensity of that esword fight earlier.
