What do you guys think of the weapon gacha system they added in BGHS? I'm definitely not a fan of the idea. I'm going to see if future events are going to be so difficult that you actually need these weapons, but if the staff wants to keep players, they won't make them necessary for anything other than to be #1 in the ranking events. Why would they make players choose between rolling for cute girls and rolling for weapons? Not to mention pretty much anything can be done if you have yukata Kurumi and a complimentary card. I mean, how frustrating do they plan to make the game that you would need weapons that are 100 points better than the badge weapons with additional status effects? When they introduce those party battles with other players, is it going to get to the point where people won't party with you unless you have the best weapons and cards? I'm curious to see how things are going to be from now on.

Also, I liked how the events introduced new gimmicks and components to gameplay, but if they're just going to introduce cards now that have a skill that helps with the current event, that's not really adding any variety.

She's generally not really considered to be that outstanding, but at 3LB or MLB she's pretty similar to a comparably LB'd Velnar and definitely usable. Getting +5.5% Atk per wave makes her useful for levels with lots of waves and her first ability may or may not help getting steadily more mana for specials. I guess it is. I've been really lucky this past month though. I got a 4star hina from a random draw. Then got a 6 star cain from daily login reward (the final one) and got a mary from a fusion. For a "free" unit she's definitely pretty solid at 3LB/MLB - but at the end of the day, if you want to compare her to tavern URs, she's really not THAT different from Velnar, who's got similar stats, a more useful special, a better first skill (basically beating Hatifas at atk stacking) AND a much better Kizuna (chance for Daze on strike).
Comparions to Liam seem pretty unfair and bold otherwise, given how absolutely broken he is and how his party synergy will only get better and better during v2. Damage stackers like Hatifas and Velnar may pass him over time on very select missions, but dealing +50% damage to slowed targets while being able to slow 50% of the time himself on attack is unparalleled. And that's before accounting his special and party synergy.

i think velnar's pretty mediocre overall. when v2 hits, i think he's pretty ass on the whole and jpcc players seem to agree. definitely a v1 arcana that gets left in the dust, since even his yukata version with tons of buffs doesn't get used either

special: velnar's line aoe vs hatifas' pseudo-large-aoe. no contest, hatifas wins for me even if it costs 3 mana (which is why i argue cheery/liam are better). velnar's special does have its uses though with daze, but it's more single target oriented (even if you can micro it to hit two lines), whereas hatifas does what mages do - clears mobs.

skill 1: i'll just consider both their wave advance skills, and it's overall mediocre and amounts to an ok attack boost. 50 wave dungeons are still rare and there are maybe like 4-5 of them. for everything else, it's usually 5-6 waves, maybe 10-12. also a very "v1" skill compared to rin, who buffs her own attack by 40% with less stringent conditions.

skill 2: stat-stacking vs mana battery. in regards to stat-stacking, see above. there's very few 50 wave dungeons and generally it just amounts to a mediocre damage boost. whereas the increased mana chances is a great skill. i'd love to have one on all my mono-mage parties, especially as they're all pretty special heavy.

i also value hatifas' kizuna more for that reason, and as usual i see her kizuna a lot more than velnar's. as for liam, same concepts apply - i care more about specials first and autoattack dps second.

I can't decide if I should use the coins in my box to try rolling for Hatifas at the end of the raid or not. I was saving them for Agudara, but my fear is that Gumi moves up the raid update and junks all the coins. I could see Gumi making Agudara's raid as shitty as this one, and implementing the stopper to say, "see, we did implement improvements!" Lucky Seven is undeniably the shittiest 5* card in the game. Chance of rolling 7 is 1/6 and that's not counting dice control ability. And it's a debuff which means it can be overridden by other cards.
Bash is only good for finishing players who took a loan. And you don't need 5* version for it.

Currently, the best units in KR are knights, so no. Before that were awakened version of units we have, so not full powercreep. The pvp meta in 7k changes a lot, especially with GW bans. For PvE stuff, most heroes find a role somewhere (for example, Joker in Rudy Siege).
