I have the worst time with Bri. Most of the time it's a tedious struggle that ends in me getting killed because I run out of viles. Her first form isn't bad, but I stress myself out when she starts her chip damage and laser light show.

Federations hunter have a mission. If you have joined the Federation, you can call NPC hunters. They are waiting at somewhere other than DLC area.

If you achieve the objectives as cooperator, you will get the Insect of reward. The number of Insect that you have crushed will be described in the roster. Federation is not DLC. It applies in the next update, but date is undecided.

Whatever you want, dawg. I've got an arcane build as low as 66 and as high as 98, and I can plenty of action on both. 98 allows you to play with people as low as 80 and as high as 120, so that's a good level point to shoot for if you like playing lategame stuff.

And honestly you're fine sticking with Cane/Saw Spear, just buff Vit and Arc and you're good to go. Fire Saw Spear destroys PvE.

Just go 50 VIT with 50 ARC and the base requirements for whatever weapon you want to use. Cool thing about ARC is that you can actually go above 50 and still get good scaling from your hunter tools, but that might be difficult to do depending on whether or not you stop at a certain level.

Bullet damage scales with phys gems, so if you're using guns/gun-weapons with arc gems as an arc build, you're not going to get any damage out of them.

There are tools which are good for applying pressure in certain situations, in PvP that is. With high enough arcane you can cheese basically all of chalices and PvE in general with Executioner's gloves and a call beyond. Burrito viscerals are always a thing as well and popping off Executioner's gloves at point blank in front of a parried enemy with 70-90 arcane is close to visceral damage.
