If you want to go full dps, then go wiz pyro c2 linker.
I'm going wiz->cryo->psycho->linker->sorc->necro just for the massive amount of control I can get. The AI can be weird so regardless you want to take linker so you can group things up for him. Plus, linker is great all around.
Psychic pressure + icewall is a boss killer in most cases for me and if you git gud at it then it can obliterate a room.

Smite does good damage when it hits the enemy type weak to it, otherwise it's not worth using as Priest > Paladin because auto attacking is more damage. Restoration is amazing with 1 point, I never have to worry about SP because of the attribute. Resist Elements is great, but I need more levels in it for more uptime.

As a fellow cryo, I highly suggest takin psychokino or linker.
Linker makes your ice pike 1 shot whatever pack you group up so the long cooldown isnt so bad. Psychokino lets you ice wall + pressure which has a long cooldown but can wipe a room.

Cryo C2 is suffering though, C3 is alright.

Nah, if you want to go cryo psycho it's much better to go cryo1 psycho c3. Ice pike deals enough damage with high level attribute. Also, the psychic pressure ice wall combo is based on the damage of psychic pressure so you'd want to level that up. Magnetic force is better than frost pillar imo since it does more damage and it has a shorter cooldown. You also get gravity pole which is a nice CC.

The only reason I'd go higher than C2 cryo is if you want to icewall around you completely then swap mobs into it. Kinda fun, but not worth the damage loss unless you're just looking for a wacky build. Snow rolling is pretty good, but it can be interrupted and has a really high cooldown.

All that being said, I'd still take 1 into linker no matter what you build just because it makes the cooldowns much less agonizing.

It's the entrance to a level 132 dungeon. Around level 128 to 134 is a major pain in the ass to level up. Almost no quests and no good grinding spots. Your only real option is to run the instance dungeon, as more people hit this wall, you're going to see more people sat around there looking for parties to run it.

Give quick access to the classes that you want, cooldowns are long enough for this to not be an issue.
Give all skills HEAVY stat scaling so that you reward character leveling and gear advancement.
Slow down character leveling a bit. It can take months to make it to max level but you'll have your classes ages ago, but you'll still have big dick numbers to look forward.

Fixed? It could maybe be an issue that people don't feel like they're advancing because of no new spells but RO was pretty much like this; Rush core skills, get off skills then just grind for base level.
