Well, it doesn't. They really should have just removed it because it's worthless in every sense of the word and just ends up accidentally flinging you off of a slope at 800 km/h into a wall and away from whatever you're fighting.

Your main long distance travel method is flash jump into final toss, which is now basically a vertical flash jump. and has a command input of up+attack so it's always just right there.

I never liked combat step though, and I have a tendency to mash the arrows to get precise placement in areas, and on aran that's obviously a no-go. So I can't verify if it's any better or worse than it was, sorry.

Overall, the posture of the character is very stiff, it looks like she's sitting on only the front part of her butt when normally sitting you would be using the whole buttcheek. Her shoulders should be sloped downwards if her arm is extending down.

The colours are too soft to make each part of the body easily distinguishable from each other, start with a darker, red/green shade depending on how warm/cool you want the image to be and blend.

Either edit your lines to be black or a darker shade of each major region (brown for skin, grey for stockings) if you're going for a lineless look. This looks sketchy and not really good desu.

I don't really have the time to redline the image because honestly there's a lot of weird stuff going on in it.

Those are 2 very different things because with %Boss being additive to %Total you have something ridiculous like 400% in total of both, meaning 5% total damage is (505/500) = a 1% multiplier on your range. That being said, yeah it's pretty useless in most cases compared to %Total and %Boss. And you shouldn't max out any of the hyper stats. Cause on nexon you have to make a nexon ID, then you can make up to like 15 maple IDs, which are separate accounts, the only crossover being cash/maple points, and the fact you use the same nexon ID to login.

How alive is Mabi in Korea? Most people don't know japanese or korean, so joining a foreign version of the game with nobody to talk to is too much to handle, and then they end up quitting. KMS has been dying slowly and bleeding players since like 2012, after everyone left spadow's sleepywood guild and then they made ellinforest, and then somehow spadow ended up in control of it. then leafre.net showed up and they were advocating use of the eKMS client which was a machine translation client, but it was also wz editing and as you can imagine once nexon caught wind like ~400 people ended up banned and the community never recovered.

Also none of the english speakers ever bothered trying to do boss content, which is why I left them in the first place. I had more luck doing czak and PB and cygnus with randoms than with english speaking guildmates. That's fucking stupid.

That's how JMS was, there was a forum called Adventures in JMS, AiJMS, which was pretty much the only resource for playing JMS for years and years. everyone interested in the game and updates went there, because JMS was getting updated more quickly than GMS at that point. Anyway that's how I met most of the people who ended up making AiKMS, which turned into sleepywood KR, which turned into ellinforest. AiJMS died from some internal drama, that because I wasn't a jr, I didn't get to learn about, but I hadn't played JMS in years, I had been leeching a KMS account off of someone else since pirates (here have a video of me playing KMS back in like fuckin 08 during 5th anni back before I picked up the CTRL moniker and I was a cringy ass normie. Anyway even with people who know the language, the community dies because not everyone does, and with games like maple and mabi that have a constant flow of new content, new events, and new things to do, you end up seeing the same questions dozens of times and you just stop answering them because it's such a hassle. And then when you don't answer people, they just stop paying attention. And eventually stop showing up/logging in. KMS had the increase barrier of entry that made it difficult too. I have a feeling when GMS faces it's inevitable demise later in 2016, we'll see a mass migration to pservers, and JMS. Maybe it'll stick, sort of like how lots of people moved to chinese DNF and arad when DNF global got canned. Even the revived global version is dead because people are still playing the more updated version. That's what I hear anyway. That gets into a whole other issue with western versions of games being the only ones to have gold selling bots, as only western audiences actually buy that shit. That's way too deep a discussion to get into today though.

We have lie detector items that when used on anybody in an "exhausted" state (the heavy breathing thing that makes it so you can't change equips or cc) gives them a captcha. If you succeed you get a nice 10matt/watt buff. That's only the user initiated captchas though, if you train in one map for an extended period of time you get a captcha automatically with no reward other than resetting the timer before another pops up.

And if you fail a captcha you get booted back to town, like 5 failures successively you get booted off the game and I think you get a 1 day tempban.

Well the active ones you'll max at 200 anyway. For the stats I did dex/str/crit/HP/defense I believe. For the skill buff ones I went with rapid fire boss damage + and damage +, brain scrambler damage + and extra line. Avoid the dice ones because they don't work.

It's about the principle behind nexon willing to go against what they said years back just to try and make a buck. Either maple really is dying and this is some last minute cash grabs before the game goes under entirely or they have no intention of ever holding their word for anything. It is one of those two, it is literally that black or white. for YEARS we heard about how we'd never see perm second pendant slots and perm hyper tele because it would break the game and nexon KR complained about it. Which is total schlock because nexon KR gives absolutely no fuck what nexon NA and nexon EU do anymore, they combined make up less than 10% of all nexon revenue worldwide. I don't really give a shit about tyrants, they're so duped that it makes 0 difference if they remove them now. Day late and a dollar short. I say revamp the dice so it's not useless unless you roll a 5. More damage on fucking everything or more lines on everything. Make the octopus summon do something besides slowly chip at enemies to go along with the other crew members' functions.
