I wonder how much Atlus tweaked the translation of BR.

I know that the localization messed around with what characters called each other and now parts of Break Record put emphasis on what characters are calling each other (last name, first name), so if they don't fix that and keep it consistent there's going to be confusion and misunderstandings.

On that note, I wonder how they'll handle the "Miyako-chan" bit.

In the Japanese version, Makoto consistently calls Yamato "Chief Hotsuin" or just "Chief", never once "Yamato". In the localization, she's inconsistent and says "Yamato" a few times. So if they don't fix that, her being disgusted with and struggling to call him "Chief Yamato" in BR so he's not confused with Miyako isn't going to make sense.

There's a few other name situations they were inconsistent with and none of them are due to culture. The localization was just careless.

Sup guys, I'm coming to Nocturne from SMT IV so I have a couple questions.
In SMT IV, knowing what demon to fuse next was really easy, because you could sort fusion possibilities by level (and there was the recommended fusion list), so I'd just pick the highest level possible demon. In Nocturne, that's obviously not the case. That being said, how do I know what demons to fuse to make the strongest possible demons given the point I am in the game?

And realistically the hallways should too. Does everyone sleep and sit on the floor? In an abandoned city full of shit, there'd be plenty enough furniture to go around. I also have trouble buying that the people in the tiny living spaces they literally have to stay in for fear of death "don't realize" that the ashura kai are the ones who made the deal with the demons that keeps them out. Like, this reality is the type of thing you'd expect to be an omnipresent reality in your life.

When Megaten panders to fujoshi full force you get garbage like DeSu and Raidou, and unneccasary pandering games like Raidou 2 and Record Breaker, and all manage to be even worse games than Persona 4. Man, the Triangulum arc doesn't have much replayability.

You play through once and you see everything. Maybe a second playthrough to see the rest of the fate events and you're done. The routes aren't as different as they are in Septentrione, no different bosses or anything. Yamato's route has slight special treatment in that it gets a bunch of extra events and a longer ending with unlockable scenes but that's it.

It's worth it if you like Yamato, the gameplay is fun, but the story is asspulls galore so they could justify Miyako, and it's really only the final scene that's different for each route, again with the exception of the Yamato route who has a bunch of extra events (8 or something?) before the final battle but also requires more effort, because he has a bunch of different events that unlock his route, as opposed to just one for the others, and if you want to see Alcor and Miyako in the ending you have to max their fates so you'll have to potentially skip out on doing events with the characters you want in order to get it.

I've been having the most fun going back to the Septentrione story that I haven't touched in years, fusing, and hearing the voice acting. I don't know how fun the voice acting will be in English. Have the English voice actors been revealed yet?
