Game is heavily based on the Russian Sleeper Experiment.

You are a low-tier technician/janitor in your mid-50s just trying to support an ugly wife and a thick-as-a-log son.

You are kept in the dark through most of the game, fixing generators that break down, replacing lightbulbs and scrubbing floors. Your only hints to the story is from what you overhear from the scientists around you, and the notes you see cast in thrash every now and then.

Game is sort of open world, because the facility is suppose to be fuck huge. Gameplay would basically be MGS5/Tom Clancy type stealth. No real linear path to follow and you sort of have to figure out what is where and how to destroy it. You do have a couple of spy buddies that you run into occasionally (one can actually be a double agent or some shit idk) that are also trying to take down the facility before shit gets real. Ingame timer where if you don't beat the game in 5-6 days you get a game over, sort of like Dead rising. Final boss is some chinese general in power armour or some shit.

Prologue or demo that you upload data from for additional story missions where you're trying to retreat out of Vietnam as the Americans lose, end up crossing into Myanmar and hiding in what you think is an old bunker in the mountains. You're mysteriously killed from behind.
Main game is you being sent by the CIA into 1980s Myanmar to investigate "Operation Jiang Shi". Open world basis, move around only on scooters, randomly generated POWs you can rescue each ingame week for rewards, storyline where you can either support or hinder local drug trade, fight rebels, gov't etc
Last area is the mountain bunker, but turns out to be a laboratory. Soldier from demo is a Jiang Shi that went mad and escaped, killing everyone and locals. You find out the US was actually the one that ran the lab, you were sent to clear them out but you turn on both US and Myanmar. Post game exploration has US army presence for increased difficulty. Hard mode has no weapons but pistol.

Exactly. You start your campaign with X amount, and you can distribute them as you see fit.

If you have more of them in your mines, you get money (the secondary resource to children). You still lose them fairly regularly as safety protocols are subjective. But money can be distributed for more propaganda about how condoms are bad, and how abortions are a moral sin.

Their second use is trade, you can use them as currency to trade on the international black market. Sure you lose them quickly this way, but the tech can be good and might save you in the future! A lot of your advancements come this way, and you can lie about it to bolster your petitions.

However you're going to have to actually win each map, meaning you have to balance it by putting a good chunk on the front lines. These die like flies, but with the right propaganda you can have them replaced faster than the enemy can shoot them down. And again you can lie about it to fuel your economy and encourage more children among your populace.
