Minus the second point, that's the reason DS3 is my favorite.
Luck is a viable offensive stat once you go hollow with hollowing gems in your weapons, plus you get the benefits of having high item drop rates.
Only downside is that it's hard to get going at first. But the investment eventually pays off.

I just reinstalled New Vegas with a ton of mods. JSawyer included. Going to go for a chance's knife luck build. Probably not going to use hardcore mode. The satiation rates in Jsawyer are a bit much. It just gets annoying to upkeep every 10 seconds of play. Time compression in games doesn't lend itself to hunger systems.
