I always found Triss's character to be weird in my playthroughs.

I sided with Shani in 1 in regards to Alvin, since I didn't really trust her in the game and then from Chapter 3 onward she acts like a massive bitch towards Geralt, for good reason though.

When I finished 1 and started up 2, the first thing you see is that Triss fucked Geralt and she cares for him, you fuck her even more throughout the game and in 3 she cares for you as well.

I guess things change in a month for people, and CDPR never thought they'd make a sequel, but it would've been nice to just see WHY she changed like this. She always seemed like a person who'd hold a grudge against Geralt for months.
