The combat is fun enough that the limited variability doesn't particularly hurt it until you go through the game a second or third time. The characters are essentially memes, which makes playing it all the more fun, seeing these hilariously over the top people fighting for goals that are actually quite serious, in a manner that just makes you laugh.

Also, Armstrong is an amazing villain, even though he really only gets time in the spotlight at the very end, it's great.
