The one in Mournhold is for social events and parties, including lewd stuff, the one in Shadowfen is a cozy home. I might buy the one in Vvardenfell next but I'm not quite sure how I'd decorate it yet. I don't like Elves very much so cluttering it with Dunmer garbage is not an option.
