Do you guys think a combat system like For Honor's would work in an Elder Scrolls game?provided that Bethesda weren't the ones programming it
Yes.

Pretty well, yes.

those graphics holy shit...so this is the power of the pc
I don't see how it could work with a totally open world 150 hour rpg that has a leveling system. How do you balance that type of gameplay with character progression/rpg statistics.
If your character's combat skills are entirely dependent on your mouse and keyboard skill instead of your in-game stats, how can you do traditional rpg progression.
Maybe, but bethesda is never going to make an elder scrolls game that is different from the rest in any way
i think warband combat would work better.

The same way as single-button combat.
Also, DMMM..

Each character on For Honor has a unique moveset.

Swing speed
Damage % of each hand
Damage reduction for parries
Parry window
Thrust/slash/blunt damage
Stamina usage
Etc.
All improved by leveling

A mix between M&B/Kingdom Comes would be pretty cool. A lock system also.

Console degenerates disgust me. For Honor is just a dumbed down Chivalry. If someone asked about combat system similar to the latter, that would be a topic to discuss. But the former? How to spot a casual faggot with zero knowledge in the industry: the post.

>Dark Messiah of Might & Magic
If only someone would copy paste that combat into an open world RPG, that would be great.

For Honor has stats.
