Both, surely. The first one wasn't a very good game from any point of view in the first place, even before getting into the downgrade debacle. Combine that with the fundamentally repulsive "hacker style" they went with in the 2nd one and the result was a game I didn't even feel like pirating.

The game adds nothing new or interesting.
