If I didn't have shitty internet I'd do the same. (Not so much play PUBG, but get into speedrunning) It's amazing to see how much money some people get as they improve.

They JUST starter streaming and are already all about money.
Just like those youtubers with 10k subs making patreon. So annoying.
Do some good shit first and establish yourself, then beg.

I knew a girl from Runescape who was big into those in game music videos people used to make who had a decent viewerbase on Youtube. She found a job at one of those top 100 accounting firms but after a while quit to pursue her dream of full time streaming. I'm sure being a girl helped her out loads but I can't fathom why she made that decision. I suppose if it makes her happy, good for her.
