Most boss fights in the series, but most of them sucked. Mechanically, DS2 did a lot fo things better than DaS, but the overall quality of 2 is much much lower.

I'm playing it, and i've made it to iron keep. So far it feels incredibly mediocre

The day one game was fucking terrible, the dlc's made it slightly more tolerable, it ended up at maybe 7.5 out of 10 same as DS3

I didn't play the original DaS2, but I think in SotFS they overdid it with the amount of enemies. The shitload of Heide Knights in Heide's Tower of Flame for example are just extremely annoying. They're way too hard to kill for there to be so many.
Still like it though, but the enemy balance in DeS and DaS was much better.

Souls is clearly the pinacle of no lock on combat in gaming, I mean all that roll spam and fighting to control the camera, pure bliss.

If you actually think Dark Souls 2 is above 7/10 then I actually feel sorry for you because it must be difficult being that dumb. And no this isn't opinion,it's objective. One day I'll make an 1 hour long video on YouTube where I release all the hard truths about this game because I don't even know where to start when people ask me about this game. I'd end up spending the night typing out endless paragraphs that would go to waste since all the 15 year olds here have no attention span. I've done it before. Well thought out posts that maybe get one or two replies. Why? Because I'm right and people would rather call me autistic and ignore my post than actually present an argument.
