Halo PC and CE are still alive yes, although I'm sorry to say a lot of the servers are modded bullshit that's zero fun at all

if you like modded, the custom maps on CE can be a lot of fun though

a few "competitive" servers are still up sometimes

oh and that screenshot is very clearly from the PC version, I can tell from the missing textures on the assault rifle and the HUD
