Did this happen to anyone else
I got a Switch from Target, the same day they received the shipments(so I know it's not an in store return) and the Switch had a screen protector on it upon opening it.
This means Nintendo is selling refurbished units as new.
I'm just wondering if this is common.
Are you at a restaurant

No? Pic isn't mine.

Their refreshed stock comes from Nintendo.

"refreshed"
I've bought "new" games at Target with scratches.
>>389608229
And I bet you think the consoles at gamestop are new as well.

This pretty much. If it's in a good enough condition, they'll just mark is as "new" instead of refurbished/second hand

>being this desperate to shit on nintendo when retail stores are notorious for doing this shit
Have you ever bought a "new" game from gamestop?
Mine had that too. Thats just the protective film. They all have that. What joycons are those?

Worked at a hardware store for three years, i can at least tell you that's it's common with other electronics.

So protective film is tempered glass now?
>>389609539
Guess so. The one that came on mine was plastic. Same kind that cones on new phones.

Target is bad fucking news, stay away.
