Persona 5 is more weeb but its more contemporary, Yakuza is set in 80's Japan, I doubt dudes in central Tokyo still walk around like this and smash peoples faces in. Yakuza is more normie because the violence, both fun games desu

which is funny becuase yakuza 1 was dubbed. would have been nice if they had included it in kiwami but i guess that would be hard to do with all the new lines that are in the game. i always thought the english dub was better than the japanese it fit the tone of the game
