More than weird, the game just isn't that fun or unique. It's chasing after trends without offering anything substantual of its own. It doesn't bring much, so it's average at best. 5/10.

It's got denuvo, but that was cracked so go take a look if your curious. No one's gonna fault you for dropping it in a couple hours though.

The sandbox meme is played out and there are already games that do it better. LA Noire off the top of my head is nice, and so is that Hong Kong one Sleeping Dogs (not the punkish hacker one Watch dogs, it's onlyslightly above average while I imagine 2 is proper shit but I haven't touched it yet)

Saints Row 4 is still great though, and this game makes me miss it. Also at the end they sort of introduce a bigger badder villain so it's sort of a cliff hanger to piss me the fuck off, as if this game is going to succeed well enough to warrant af ucking sequel. I doubt it though, sales weren't great and it's sixty bucks on what's essentially a new ip.
