Sorry, I should probably have listed out my characters I've played before:

Did an Argonian spear waifu, did a Dunmer Redoran warrior, did a Khajit Telvanni. So I'm trying to decide ideally between:

Orc
Imperial
Breton
Dunmer
Bosmer
Altmer
Redguard

Mind you I'm cool using whatever honestly because I love the game, but I try to keep it fresh each time.

Im on windows 7 and the game just crashed in ways that could be compared to the blue screen, the framerate was trash and it literally melted my i7 processor. I've tried to run it again after i installed a new cpu but the game had the same behavior,it's a virus jesus christ.
And about the gameplay, ok i can get the immersion side but you can't defend any part of the gameplay and mechanics, the only reason people praise it it's because it came out in 2002. If you watch it now you see only a tedious mess that blocks you from the supposed "fun" parts.

Problem is, for gamebreaking(or effective really) enchanting you're going to need tonnes of intelligence and probably alchemy. Seems like kind of a waste putting so much points into int and having so much mana without using spells at all, but suit yourself.

Last enchanter character i played as enchanted paper almost exclusively for magical effects, in a sense making his own scrolls.
I had to open the CS and boost paper enchanting capacity to be worth more than clothing/jewels else there would be no point.

If you're still around, definitely no. It just increases your mana pool, not your int which is what's needed for enchanting, so the only benefit would be increased spell protection. Just get something more combat/stat oriented.

I really don't care about gamebreaking stuff, this is just to goof around on quests. I have plenty of other characters who are fucking bananas, and I'll be getting max stat gains every level too.
