Apollyon isn't quite human. Half the classes in the game are actually low class in terms of politics, especially guys like the Conqueror and Berserker. None of the Female classes are notably stronger than males, nor can they even be used on the larger/physically stronger heroes like Lawbringer and Shugoki.
