How can you people even like WoW?

I couldn't play it 10 years ago and started playing vanilla WoW a week ago. Goddamn this game is lame.

>All the quests are basically "go to the ass of the world, disrupt 3 shits and talk to Pajeet to get a useless item"
>The gameplay is dull as fuck and you don't get to do anything other than press keys 1-9 and see the attack animations

Does it get any better /v/? I've heard great things about the game but Jesus it feels like a chore to play.

Should I go with the expansions instead of vanilla?
