WTF.. Torchlight II is INSANE?? I thought ARPGs were dead?

Torchlight II is INSANE?? I thought ARPGs were dead?

Already having more fun on this game in 2 hours than I have for many many years on WoW. And i'm not trolling. Legion was a very good expansion but i'm already loving FFXIV so far and will be playing this instead, unless I find it turns to shit at higher levels.

Other players are extremely friendly and social to you in the starting zones, even end game players were welcoming me and being social to the Lev.1 players so that was cool to see. Graphics are decent. I didn't realise there were so many loading screens when changing areas but they're not too long thankfully. What I don't like so far is the NPC dialogue text boxes. It's tedious having to click through like 10 of them every time I get a new quest. I prefer it all in one larger box like it is on WoW. The map system is also confusing at first but I'm getting used to it. The HUD/UI is pretty shit in basic layout but there are good setting options so I'll be tidying that up. I found out that addons aren't a big thing here like they are on WoW and they're not allowed so that might could be a negative.

I'm keen to see how the PvP stacks up in this game later on. I know its core focus is obviously PvE but I hope there is at least some PvP element to the game that is somewhat decent.

Anyway very good so far, i suggest others try the trial and see if you like it. I'm having a blast
