Zone 4 isn't that difficult, it's the later zones and bosses that fuck you up since they mix all kinds of different enemies. Oh and don't be greedy.

Like a Match 3 combined with untying a knot. The variety of modifiers and sheer volume of levels has made it a pleasant surprise. Not sure what drugs made them think the "story" was worth the dev time but all in all enjoying it.

I played Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield and Call of Chernobyl all day. I'd keep fucking up in one, jump to the other, fuck up a lot in that one, then jump back to the other. Still enjoyed my day though

I played MH4U, and Mario Kart 7 on my "New" refurbished 3DS. I wanted one as a legacy system because I love the 3DS but not I think I should have gotten the bigger one. The small one was just so fucking cute though.

Relic Dual blades in 4 with paralysis, bomb or sleep are fucking great though. Can't really blame ya.
Check out sword and shield or swaxe though. I'd suggest Lance but you have to really get down parry timings and backstep maneuvers.

DOOM on PC and Blaster Master Zero on Switch.

Doom's great. Good ol' fast-paced first person shooter action. No hugging chest-high walls, no reloading, couldn't help putting a pointless story but at least it doesn't take too much time.

Blaster Master Zero is a significant improvement over the NES Blaster Master. That game, for one, had limited continues. I am very glad games don't do that anymore, with the exception of roguelikes. That, and enemies will dive bomb you seconds after you enter a room. Because there's very little post-hit invincibility, that will drain your health quickly. Zero is a vast improvement.

Been playing Phantom Brave. It's not as good as I remembered. Not like it's bad or anything, more that you run out of things to discover pretty early on then it's just grind grind grind. Also I would have preferred a more vanilla tile movement system over the unreliable system they have.

The movement in DUSK is great

Salt and sanctuary, ie "artificial difficulty" the game. See that ledge? You can snap to it and climb up! Sometimes, or you can fall to your death for no reason. See that boss? You can roll through him! Or into him, where you'll stop for no discernable reason, then get combo'd to death from full life. But don't worry, you can roll through attacks! Into other ones that completely cover your iframes and roll distance. It's an easy run back, though! Through invisible enemies that can fly through walls, pursue you in groups, and stunlock you to death.
I've 100%'d all 3 dark souls games and just finished an sl1 run of the original and this game is cheap, frustrating dogshit. I feel no joy overcoming the bosses because it feels like the only viable option is to run in and facetank them until the rng lets you win. I'll finish it anyway so I can justify the money I spent on it, but it is neither good nor fun.
