How come game developers have to trick players into playing dumbed down fighting games? How come they can't just sit down and learn how to play a real fighting game? They're not that hard to pick up and are very rewarding once you learn them.

These game empahsize the best part of the figtan' which is the mindgame aspect. Sitting through someones 10 seconds combo helplessly or learning a plethora of inputs is tedious.
