About the same, assuming there's a Parkinson's perk that detracts from combat skills but enhances social skills due to sympathy. Although that doesn't work with most factions and groups actually. But you could still have some bonuses to some social interactions with some characters. Plus he is pretty charismatic actually so yeah I guess that works.

Just watched the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode with Michael J. Fox. He should have more roles like that, where's he's a bit of an asshole but can get away with it by making it just look like his Parkinsons acting up. It was very funny.
