VR - Not worth it yet, probably not going to be any development until cheap as hell.
4k - Meh, if we're just talking about gaming it's a bit pricey for the small gain. Give it a few years and this will be cool.

Ultrawide/Multi-monitor - Godlike productivity. Great in mmo's.

60fps+ - Worth it, end of discussion there. Might be a bit expensive for single player games.

I have no experience with any of the others.
