I just recently got an Xbone myself. If you're interested in Gears of War, you can get a double pack with a remaster of Gears 1 and Rare Replay on the cheap. That's what I did anyway.

There's a few issues on the multiplayer side that make it a bit laggy, mostly the menu/lobby system though, once you get into a game it's fine. It's much better than how it was to start out with though. The campaigns never had any issues at all.
