I don't think it was ever revealed because I think they took elements of famous movie stars etc to provide inspiration for how he looks and I definitely think Keifer was one of them.

Venom has tanner skin, noticably squinted eyes, greener eyes, a less round nose, less muscle and is a bit shortee than big boss. The ground zeroes sneaking suit looks completely different of both of them, venom looks much shorter and skinnier. It's odd but I love how they look the same yet could easily pass as two different people, even if venom didnt have the scars and prosthetic arm.

I've been thinking. Solid, Liquid and Solidus are all clones of BB yet BB sounds like Solid in 3&PW, and from then on doesn't sound like any of his clones. Liquid has an English accent, and Solidus sounds completely different from how BB sounds in PW/V and 4. Now I know the explanation is just how the series was structured and the VAs they hired for the roles, but it makes me think: Is it possible for clones of a person to sound completely different if they're raised in an environment that would make them develop different ways of speaking? Y'know, the whole nature vs nurture thing.

yes, people tend to do that.

biologically, solidus is a perfect clone of BB, or at least close enough to completely fool the patriots. however he seems to have been super aged to be a middle aged man by the time he was like 10 actual years old, so that would certainly have an effect on his voice, plus being groomed by the patriots to be the president probably means he was taught a certain cadence.

keeping that in mind, even though solid snake and bb are genetically distinct enough that foxdie can tell them apart, they should probably be the closest in voice to each other due to being raised the most similarly (im assuming).
