For some reason the game only got released in France and CIS. The French version have English VO for some reason, the english subtitles were added by fans.

Oh man I really liked that game, shame about the bugs tho, I had to see the cut scenes by going to the game folder and open them on a media player to see what happened in between.
I also really liked the atmosphere of the game even though I don't like comunist phase that much, it feels like they put a great effort making the maps, and barely any effort on making the models for the enemies.

so it was buggy, unpolished and full of great ideas but couldn't break out of incompetence circle, and then 2008 crisis hit and killed local CD retail and gamedev with it, even indie is dead
there is certainly a ton of people, and I mean a ton that work for outsource companies but nobody to collect them for real studio

I recommend checking out some of the cut content like weapons or bits of levels. The devs apparently had a pretty big vision for the game but something went wrong during developement. I enjoyed it but it is in no way a good game. The most fun I had in the game was going through the theatre level and blasting away firemen with the shotgun so hard they get stuck in walls.

How come 1C have lost the rights to some of their old games. Incompetence?

A notable one being Cryostasis.
