How does RPCS3 fair? What should my specs be to be able

I was getting by with an i3-7100 and a GTX 1050ti. It was mostly a stable 25fps in fights, 17-20 in palaces and 10-15 in citys. Downtown Shibuya was the worst however. 10 was a low as my framerate went.

After 13 hours I just said fuck it and ordered a copy off of ebay. Really you should be concerned about your CPU, but I suppose a good GPU would help.

Aside from the whole CPU usage thing (which you're wrong about lol), I did play up to the third palace so I'll go into more detail.

1st palace was actually quite smooth. The most slowdown I had was in the main entrance hall since it is such a large area, but anything past that area ran at a decent framerate to where I could move around with much ease. The second palace ran better since the rooms are broken up with long hallways with little in them aside from a few Shadows.

The third palace however ran about as well as one of the city areas. The first area is rather large and trying to move about it was a chore. There is this rather annoying issue where even though you're pressing forward on the analog stick, you will only walk if the framerate is super low. I was using a DualShock 4. This made escaping enemies rather hard to do.

The framerate is bad. There is no way to deny that. Having said that, it is rather impressive that the dev team have managed to make the game playable at all. Had I the foresight, I would record some gameplay right now, but I deleted the game because I ordered a PS4 copy and I wanted to free up some disk space :V
