Can anyone explain why they choose to work on miscellaneous features before even getting core gameplay working? Facial tracking, npc dialogue, fucking FPS segments... feature creep is real, but why put that shit first?

Haven't looked into it in like 6 months, but the gunplay and movement looks so fundamentally shit, i don't think it could ever be a good game with the basic shit so flawed.

honestly, it's fun to shit all over this "game", but I truly do hope that they pull it together and make the product they are selling. If it pans out then it might be the best space sim ever made. But $15,000 for a digital ship skin? Seriously? On an early access, crowdfunded game? Its just so fucked up
