I got around of $70 just by flipping Twilight Princess Link. I don't think Metroid will get that high unless Nintendo nerfs production of them.

With that having been said, the only Amiibos I've ever seen on clearance racks where the unpopular Smash bundles (Duck Hunt/ROB/Game & Watch), commons like the Mario Bros., and the Animal Crossing ones. With nearly every other figurine, you're bound to make some kind of profit.
