I've been actively looking forward to it for some time now so to hear its actually pretty great has me just wanting to play it even more.

Its mostly salty Rayman fans who seem to have a bias to anything Rabbid related. Plus in this game they've been toned down and are actually pretty ammusing. They fit well with the Mario Universe.

The thing is that the game had pasion behind it.

Both Nintendo and Ubisoft actually took the time and effort to flash out the game and decided to do something completely different.

Like it still doesnt hit me how absurd it is.

Physical: Zeldar, Arms, MKD8, Splatoon 2, Bomberman, Puyo Tetris (last 2 bought with larger discount, everything else with retail discount of 15% except MKD8)
Digital: Garou: mark of the wolves, Metal slug 3, Shock Troopers, Blaster Master

My least played games are Arms ~2 hours, Bomberman ~2 hours, MKD8 ~3 hours, Garou: mark of the wolves ~4 hours, Puyo ~5 hours

I love Mario games. I love tactical RPGs, X-COM included. I like Kirkhope muzak. I really, really, REALLY can't stand the look of rabbids and their horrid "humor". I want to get this game, but every time I see one of those fuckers and their ugly faces I am going to feel pain.

Trust me, going into it after a while it slowly dies down. The Rabbids in this game are alot more tame compared to something like Rabbids Go Home or The orignal Rayman Raving Rabbids.

Its more of a Super Star Saga/Rareware level of weirdness than Rabbids desu. Its still there but its not center stage.

I will likely get it some time, but I would be much happier if you could just play with the 4 Mario characters only. Forcing rabbids into the party sucks (though I get they wanted the crossover to have more impact).

I thought it was pretty crappy that they force you to have at least one Rabbid. I would of liked it if you could of had full party control, for those who wanted a full Mario Party or a full Rabbid Party.
