On PS4 it does. It fucks up sometimes in combat if there are a shitload of enemies on screen but it's usually stable.

no. It runs mostly at 20-25fps unless you have a PS4 Pro with boost mode on then it'll run mostly at 30fps but there are still drops. The game's horrible on consoles. But if you're a console gamer then you should already be used to it anyway.

Outside of the occasional frame dip pretty much. I did have it crash on me one time tho
