Because an $800 PC ($500 plus 5 years of online at $300) if prices weren't fucked up like when I built mine in April is a better value. Matches X in performance (4K 30fps at med settings), more new games, being able to emulate, more weeb games, a much larger library of older games like 90s PC games, more control over visuals and performance in games, and that's without mentioning how great an $800 PC can be for other uses.

There isn't any reason to buy an xbox one x over literally any other company's offering, the most important thing is games and it has the least of the bunch since 2013.

Because I got a PS4 Pro with Horizon instead for £280.

Sunset Memedrive, Recore, Gears of War, Backward Compatibility sold it to me. Situation was different year ago. Plus, even now Sony exclusives cater to different target than me.
