I think it's obvious people are trying to say that Ryu has regained his title from every loss with the exception of Oro. And his loses are incredibly few and far between. There is a reason why he's world renown and so many characters in Street Fighter are constantly trying to track him and defeat him for good. I guess being poor and doing nothing but fighting has payed off for him.
