I'll be start Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm tonight. Feels good to see the first game in the Storm series at long last gets trophies.

Curious about Storm 2 and 3: FB sets on PS4. Do they "stack" with the PS3 version or are they counted seperately?

I'm in the process of platinuming trails of Coldsteel II

Recently 100% Nioh + both DLCs and am now playing Horizon Zero Dawn.

Most games don't require you to "try" for trophies; these days most are simply rewarded for just playing the damn game.

Yeah I saw the list for it and was pretty surprised. CC2 plats normally require you to do just about everything there is to be done in their games. I guess it will be a nice and quick platinum at the very least. I remember 100%ing the game back on the PS3 and some of the later optional missions become a real pain in the butt. It's done on a game by game basis.

Some games share one trophy list. Some games lets you earn two sets of trophies if you play through in full on each platform. Some games have two separate trophy lists but thanks to cross-save you can pop both sets with one playthrough.

They don't do it much anymore but a lot of the Cross-Buy stuff with PS3 and Vita had separate lists for each version so you could double up. Thanks to the PS4 version I've now platted Jak and Daxter 3 times.

Some games like Sly 4 and Sound Shapes even have the trophies tied to the cross save so you can get the Platinum for the opposing version in literally 5 seconds if you completed one version already.

If anyone wants an easy platinum get Brink for the PS3. All the trophies can be done solo and within a day.

Just remember to download the update so the enemy and TEAM AI isn't retarded. The two AI dependent trophies are having a team member disarm a landmine and requiring you to kill a player as he's turning on his disguise.

Yeah, Hard Time Attack is a nightmare because there's something sort of off about the controls. When I tried it I actually pulled out my PS2 and tried on it, and had no problem, but on the remaster, Wander's grip is like a fucking toddler's, and it's hard to get him to move quite as precisely. Storm 2 is the only one in the series with online trophies. It's hell. CC2 must have taken a lesson from that and stopped requiring online multi trophies (aside from .hack//Versus, though there it was far more merciful: no winning or losing, just play 5 online matches). For Storm 2 you need 50 wins and something like 20 losses. It sucked hard.

You'd think The Beatles Rock Band would be easy as shit because lol The Beatles but they really made some of those trophies exceptionally difficult. I mean the best players aren't going to struggle at all but even some of those guitar ones are a nightmare. I remember cheering when I nailed Pick a Moon Dog and that last fucking trill. I'll never get the full G though, too many harmonies and difficult drum ones.

Green Day Rock Band was even worse. There are some on there that are flat out impossible for most players (A Very Troubled Youngster). Rock Band 3 was also brutal and expensive. I remember forking out the arse for a keyboard for 360 only to see it months later on PS3 for like $10 from the same place I got it from, was so fucking pissed. The pro instrument trophies/achievements are still extremely difficult if you don't have a musical background and I never got the other pro instruments.

Rock Band 2 of course had that Bladder of Steel one which I'm fairly sure my Xbox isn't capable of doing anymore.

Even Lego Rock Band had that Final Countdown achievement.

Rock Band 4 is by far the easiest but is an absolute trainwreck of a game that keeps getting progressively more broken with each update. It started out with no fucking PRACTICE MODE or online yet still ridiculously expensive, then they had the audacity to lock the online behind an expensive paywall (keeping in mind you already pay for online on consoles anyway). They were then incredibly misleading and deceptive about its release, kept delaying it then shoved it out going OH BY THE WAY NO MATCHMAKING. In between the updates breaking the game further with missing notes and slowdown I have never been more disgusted with a company. We're not footing the fucking bill for your fuckups Harmonix.

Just finished up M&B: Warband. The base game was easy enough and fun since I already knew everything thanks to playing the PC version. The multiplayer trophies were horrendous though. Fuck horse archery/throwing.
Probably gonna work on Overwatch again, or start Fairy Fencer F.

I also had a hell of a time trying to platinum Uncharted 2 and 3 since they have multiplayer trophies. The fact that you couldn't use couch co-op for both was total bullshit, It took me like an hour to finish an online co-op mission.

It's the sole reason why I have not purchased Uncharted Trilogy Collection for PS4 and Uncharted 4.

Crash 1 isn't that difficult. The only hard part was that time trial for the DLC level. If you aren't trash at platformers you can plat it no problem.

The only hard trophy in Beatles I had trouble with was getting 100% on Helter Skelter drums. I'm pretty sure those triplet rolls in the outro are not in time and I had to overhit on them to get 100%

With green day, since I'm already good on drums the first trophy I went for was doing Tre's Greatest Hits, but fuck me some of them are brutal. Trying to the drum solo from Burnout with any BNS is impossible. Haven't played the game aside from that, but I think the rest would be easy aside from getting 4 people together to do story mode.

Rock Band 2 I thought was the easiest. Even with Bladder of Steel I did it on expert bass and the only hard songs imo are Visions and Panic Attack. And with Lego, I've yet to platinum it because of the Final Countdown solo which is impossible for me to hit on the trash engine.

RB3 is probably the hardest one because you have to git gud at the pro guitar and pro keys, + you have to gather 2 other people to do Bohemian Rhapsody harmonies.

I play RB4 almost every day so I have a hard time agreeing with you there. They've made the game so much better than it was at launch, which had some god awful bugs like the glitched notes on half the disc songs, not to mention no practice mode or online. I have no problem with there being no matchmaking because I only like to play with my friends who are good at the game. The huge issue with online is how vocals register phrases, with some songs it flat out does not accept that you hit 100% of a phrase and drops your icon on the rock meter, but it shows on your screen that you got an FC. Shit's infuriating considering I'm a vocals main. The new DLC they're putting out is filled with lots of dumb new indie pop but when they bring in the good songs it's a really good song, like Bizarre Love Triangle, Champagne Supernova, and Stranglehold.

Uncharted remastered doesn't have any MP or MP trophies. Unchated 4 does, but there's only like 4 of them and you can knock them out in a few rounds.

I like the screenshot feature because sometimes you get inadvertent trophies and you're in the middle of performing an action and shit just looks weird.

I got the full debuff trophy on TW3 entirely by accident and the screenshot looked like geralt was doing a merry jig.

I recently hit Level 17 despite having been in the trophy game since the beginning (first game was PAIN in which I have all but 2 trophies for). My completion rate is 99% (2019 / 2025). Had a long lull in trophy gathering from 2014-2016 (collected more trophies this year than those 3 combined) largely due to pokemon and getting a 3DS in general, among other gaming distractions. I'd like to think I'm doing pretty okay all things considered. Getting to Level 20 though... that feels as though it will take an eternity.

In the past 3 days, I got Rayman Legends, Bully, and the San Andreas plats. Trying to decide of I want to tackle Vice City or finally complete the Mortal Kombat X list (play all character variations and level grind trophies).

I don't really try to go for platinum trophies unless I end up really liking the game or you just kind of get it like with Undertale, Murdered, and that Top Rated game.

I also buy way too many games and just randomly stop playing through quite a bit of my library despite enjoying the games.

Finally decided to get the last four trophies on Dark Souls II

Yeah they're the "obtain all <x magic>" ones where you need to either max the PvP covenants (kill 500+ other players even though the game barely connects with anyone these days) or play into NG++ and buy them from obscure merchants.

When you Plat a game, does it organize them automatically or by date? So if I Plat DS2 and then DS1 after, will it be arranged like:

I just recently played the last of us for the first time, really liked that game. But I'm not sure if I should go for the Plat, besides playing the game in hardest difficulty which makes the enemies all-hearing and all-seeing it also requires some multiplayer trophies and by now I guess the MP is dead in that game
