It's an FPS where defining abilities are tied to cooldown periods rather than a finite resource like in most other FPSs of note(e.g. a TF2 Soldier needs to use health and ammo to perform his high mobility rocket jump, compared to Pharah who only needs a handful of seconds to do her big jump boost and can hover nigh-infinitely), so the raw skill ceiling only goes so far when the number crunching is far more important. This is why Overwatch is the only FPS where Koreans make any big showings.
