im not defending op but there is at least one good mobile game i know of. i am of course assuming you mean phone and not portable consoles. civilization revolution 2 is great, but just like the first game locked to shitty platforms. i think it got a psvita port but ive only played the mobile game (within an android emulator at that, works alright with a mouse). it may be more of a spinoff than a regular civilizations game but i feel strongly all of the changes are better than the pc counterparts. only problem i notice is the second one removes online for some fucking reason so the first game is still the best but on peecee android emulator is the best version of the game
