It's weird. I own both an Xbox one and a PS4. The problem with Xbox is the lack of an exclusive library. But it excels in customer satisfaction with things like backwards compatibility and free gold member games (4 games a month). Where the PS4 has better exclusive games, but mediocre customer service. With a lack of incentivization to get involved in its other services. I have yet to buy a full subscription to PS+ because I already have Xbox gold that I use to play shit with my friend and get decent free xbox360 games. Was stoked to get Bayonetta for free.
