Is this game even done yet? How long has it been in development for?

the question is invalid because overgrowth isn't even a game and never will be. It's just a tech demo that will forever be autistically iterated upon to make it more and more "perfect", just in time for the guy to have to start over to modernize it, during which time he thinks of more features to make it more perfect, and never will he ever get on with the actual game part. And it's all in service of kung fu rabbit furry nonsense. The story reads like some kind of slaaneshi fable.
