You should go read the write up by NiP's owner on how utterly atrocious Blizzard's handling of this Overwatch League is. It's not even the money, it's what they're requiring teams to do, compared to what Valve or Riot requires, and then expecting more while paying out less in the end. I don't have the link on hand but he essentially said that you can invest -just- $50k into CSGO and expect a hire payout in one year compared to investing millions into Overwatch and getting maybe a fraction of that after one year.
