I don't care about DRM, I care about the game being functional. I don't understand how achievements just don't unlock, and my controller can be detected this morning and not now. Sega and the devs made me think that the game would be a proper port with the two-week delay, and I didn't complain. If I knew this I would have gotten it on my PS4 or Switch. The whole thing is just shady and dishonest.

Wasn't it's entire point being uncrackable? It gets cracked all the time now. IIRC the last Denuvo release was Agents of Mayhem, a game basically nobody cared about with a new version of Denvuo, and that got cracked in less than a week.
