I kept breaking office chairs since I'm fat and spend all my waking hours on the PC.
A bought one of the meme gaming chairs, a 400 euro dxracer wide, and honestly it's fucking great.
Not sure if it's gonna last me long though.

I bought one of these gaming chairs off amazon for $370. $150 I could understand, just not a chair being the price of a nice sofa.

For anybody wondering, this fucking chair has been worth every penny. The icing on the cake for me is that it's well balanced. You can lay prone on it without fear of it tipping backwards.

Over here at least, most premium chairs are sold for offices, and are therefore very expensive(a nice comfy 24/7 chair we have at our office goes for around $2000). And the consumer variants are all garbo-tier.

Once dxracer started popping up we got some higher quality stuff, so I'm happy with them, even if they are meme gaming chairs. It set me back about $350 and I have a chair that is very comfy.

I went through several office chairs already, they keep breaking, they're meant to work on, not live your life on.
I did extensive research before I bought my 'meme' gaming chair, I was certainly not influenced by streamers at all.
And my back is very thankfull for it.
I still have to see if it will outlast the 'norma' office chairs I was using, those never lasted more than a year.

Did the La Z Boy Nexus office chair 3 years ago. Have replaced the piston once but overall pretty good chair for $200. Arms are kinda shitty but not bad.
