First one was pretty good,second one was ok,worth a play or two,Third one was god awful horseshit.

Its like they listened to the people say what they want and dont want,agreed,and then noticed it was opposite day.

I agree that Fable 1 and 2 are some of the comfiest games ever made, but Fable 3 is not comfy at all. It's almost all industrialized and destroyed, the plot is about the ever looming threat of the end of the world and the pressure of being king, and everyone is depressed and hateful as fuck in it.

Fable 1 and 2 were comfy ass medieval fantasy RPGs and then 3 was like this weird steampunk RTS thing. Not comfy at all.

i dont think its comfy(yet at the same time i do) because of the music. its so eerie. like even in non scary zones the music is so scary.

it sets the mood that this world is a dangerous and constantly in danger. it gives a sense of unease and i think its one of teh best examples where the music adds to the immersion in video games

The series never achieved anywhere near it's potential and went sideways on a downward slant past the first. I replayed the first one aiming to beat the dlc content that I never played and I got bored of it after the frozen graveyard.
