People who legitimately hunt for shiny pokemon are losers. There's no point, there's a higher chance their IV/EV stats are shit, will have a shit nature and a shit ability. If you want one so fucking badly just make one through injecting.

When I was younger I had no problem grinding and farming for shit now I get disgusted just by the idea. But probably megaten online trying to make a DD and support. Grinding expertise points was relaxing.

This but people who breeding grind perfect ivs are also fucking losers. Just spending litetal hours going up and down on the bike track. IVs are a really shitty system because max ivs are strictly the best every time. There is no reason for them to exist at all. This is in contrasts to evs and natures that actually add strategy and decision making to the game. People who inject are just compensating for a shity system. Triggering shitter tears about "m-muh cheating" is an added bonus.

Max IVs are not always best, but it's pretty much always either going to be 0, 30, or 31.
Also, it generally does not take hours unless you're having really shitty luck and trading is a thing.

I once tried to get a shiny Regice in Ruby for the hell of it, and got bored after I reset the game like 200 or so times. Never tried shiny hunting a legendary again.

Final Fantasy XIII-2. I spent 18 hours straight grinding parts to upgrade Omega. I only made it through by having plentiful nachos and listening to every episode of the Jesus Chatline.
