If someone does actually manage to lock Reaper in before you have a chance to lock him then just politely explain that you only play Reaper and ask them to change. If they don't you leave and eat the penalty.

I don't know how can people tolerate playing this game for over a year. I bought it at launch and only played it for 2 months because the game is a bare bones multiplayer only game.

there is a gamemode in arcade where you can play the same class as someone else so you can play reaper 100% of the time
