It's VERY low budget animation, like even most low budget anime look better. It uses a lot animation ""techniques"" to try and make it not seem low budget though. It's very common for it to close up on character's faces or upper body and sometimes walking motions just do that dumb shit where they bob the drawing up and down.

Genocide Jack is essentially her super move. Genocide Jack is incredibly quick and agile, her damage is increased due to her scissors. Genocide Jack can not be grappled. Genocide Jack lasts for a short amount of time (around a few seconds) and will revert back to Toko. Victory Pose for Toko is fainting, however if she wins when she is Genocide Jack she sneezes and reverts back to Toko.
