Some games are 4K and some others like with PC.
It's still the the most powerful console in the market, being 40% more powerful than any console and being better than at least 80% of the PCs that are used on Steam according to Steam Survey.

CPU is probably worse than at least 80% of PCs that are used on Steam.

Right, a 1TB SSD would add at least $100 to the price. Plus, it would then put developers in an awkward position where targeting the Xbox One X only would give them the ability to do things the regular Xbox One could never do beyond graphics, for example streaming in much larger and more complex worlds.

So I just bought an xbone from a friend for 90$. Is the Xbox one X a brand new system with it's own games or is the xbone and Xbox one X basically the same thing.
